Isabelle graduated with a Bachelors in Art Education from UVU. She completed her student teaching at Lake Mountain Middle school where she learned practical applications for classroom management and student engagement. Isabelle’s teaching philosophy focuses on using art as a tool to regulate emotions and build connections with one another. Isabelle has experience with many different mediums such as oils, acrylics, watercolor, printmaking, colored pencils, sculpture, ceramics, and digital art. Some of her favorites are painting with oil paint using pallet knives (instead of brushes), digital art, and hand building with clay.
Isabelle has a passion for world building, creature design, and animals. She also really loves dinosaurs and dragons. When she isn’t writing stories, drawing creatures, or designing worlds Isabelle can be found enjoying the company of her pets, playing video games, or hiking. She currently has two dogs, two cats, five snakes, and one lizard with plans to adopt many more.
