Location: Children’s Art Classes – North Scottsdale, AZ
Start Date: Immediately
Pay: $26–$34/hour (based on experience)
We are currently accepting applications to fill our Part Time Art Instructor position. We are looking for a certified art teacher with a minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience to lead some of our camps this summer and take on classes for our school year curriculum.
All supplies and a full, structured curriculum are provided. Core classes are small and capped at 13 students per class. You will receive a W-2. As the school is a new location, art teacher(s) will also assist the owners in recruiting new students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a BFA (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of in-classroom teaching experience
- Curriculum delivery experience
- Strong classroom management skills
- Employment is contingent upon the candidate possessing or qualifying for an Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card and passing a background check, as required by state law for positions involving direct contact with minors.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to work two week nights and Saturdays.
- Teacher may fill in for planned absences or emergencies
