Krysta Black-Mazumdar is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received her PhD in Art History. She has taught art history at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University and has worked as an educator and researcher at the National Gallery of Art and the Ackland Art Museum. Before opening Children’s Art Classes in Cary, she also enjoyed many years of helping researchers as customer experience specialist for an academic author services company.
Krysta enjoys doing a variety of art projects with her son and facilitating his creativity in any way she can. She looks forward to sharing that creative spark with the community and hopes to see your family at the studio soon!
