Location: Children’s Art Classes – Hanover, MA
Start Date: July 14, 2025
Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)
We are currently accepting applications for a temporary summer teaching position. We’re
looking for a certified art teacher with a minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience to lead three
structured art workshops this summer. All materials and curriculum are provided. Small class
sizes (max 12 students).
Required Dates & Times:
- July 14–18 (9:00 AM–3:30 PM) – Fantasy Art Creations (Full-Day Camp, same students)
- August 4–8 (12:30 PM–3:30 PM) – Anime/Manga Character and Comic Creation
- August 18–22 (12:30 PM–3:25 PM) – Beginning Drawing & A Brush with Nature (Watercolor)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a BFA (required)
- Minimum 5 years of in-classroom art teaching experience
- Classroom management skills
- Ability to implement a set curriculum
Skills & Attributes:
- Passion for inspiring students through the visual arts
- Reliable, organized, and communicative
- Comfortable working with students ages 8–18
- Team player who values the success of our students and school
